Dawol Homes will work diligently with you to produce a set of architectural plans and a completed survey. Dawol will present preliminary drawings in a timely manner by way of email and continue to make changes until you are completely satisfied with your custom home plan. Once the plan is complete and 100% of the monies is collected, you will own the plan. If you decide to build with Dawol Homes, the money spent on the architectural plans will be applied to your down payment.
